WARRANTY
The Products purchased on the 9store.it website are governed, for what it is applicable, by Art. 128 ff. of Legislative Decree 206/05 on sales contracts and guarantees on consumable goods.
This guarantee applies to those Products presenting conformity and/or malfunctioning defects that were not present at the moment of purchase, as long as the Product is used correctly and diligently, according to its destination and to what is indicated in the technical documentation, i.e. the instructions provided therein.
In case of defects, the Client is invited to ship the Product, either by Courier or mail service, to "9store.it" - Via Olivette 3 – 17025 Loano, Savona, Italy, accurately packaging it in its original package. Shipping costs are exclusively for the buyer. You can also consign your product directly to us in our shop.
We can’t accept unauthorized product. If we can’t repair your product, we provide, follow warranty conditions, to make a credit note at the market price of the product. |
